Standard Booking Agreement

This document outlines the standard terms and conditions applicable to all talent bookings facilitated by Hailerz. Upon confirmation of a booking, a finalized, event-specific Performance Contract will be issued.

1. Who We Are

This agreement explains the partnership between you (the "Client"), the talent (the "Artist"), and us (the "Hailerz Agency"). When you book talent through our platform, you agree to these fair and clear terms.

2. Payment Terms

• Securing the Date: We ask for a 50% deposit within 48 hours of signing to reserve the Artist for your date. This deposit is non-refundable because the Artist blocks out their calendar for your event.
• Final Balance: Please pay the remaining 50% balance at least fourteen (14) days before your event.
• Overtime: If you need the Artist to perform longer than planned, and they agree, we will charge an overtime rate listed in your final contract.

3. Technical Setup & Hospitality

You agree to provide the necessary equipment and environment for a great performance. This includes:

• Professional sound and lighting
• Appropriate staging
• Safe backstage accommodations

If the setup does not meet the Artist's technical requirements, they may not be able to perform, but you will still be responsible for the booking fee.

4. Recording & Broadcasting

The booking fee covers the live performance only. If you want to record, live stream, or use the performance for commercial purposes, please ask us first! We can help you arrange the proper permissions and any extra licensing fees.

5. Cancellations & Unforeseen Events

We understand that plans change. Here is how we handle cancellations:

• After Signing: The 50% deposit is non-refundable because the Artist has reserved their time.
• Within 14 Days: Cancellations close to the event require full payment, as it is too late for the Artist to book another gig.
• Emergencies: If a major emergency happens (like severe weather or a global pandemic), neither of us will be held liable. We will work closely with you to reschedule the performance to a new date that works for everyone.

6. Reliability Guarantee

We hold our artists to a high standard. If an artist fails to show up without a valid emergency, we hold them accountable. If we cannot find a suitable replacement for your event, we guarantee a full refund so you are protected.

7. Safety First

You agree to provide a safe and professional environment for the Artist and their team. If the Artist ever feels that their safety or equipment is at risk, they have the right to stop the performance without a refund.
